Deep Scans make use of standardized questionnaires and interview guidelines. Two Assessment Auditors will be on site for 2-3 days, depending on the size of your company. They will ask employees from several departments to complete the questionnaire and will conduct follow-up interviews with them.

Deep Scan interviews are not limited to an individual topic, but will cover all aspects of a Lean enterprise, including administrative areas.

Initial results will be provided at the end of the auditor’s visit during a closing meeting. An additional written Deep Scan Report is normally provided within two weeks from the assessment.
