Implementation Scans cover all aspects of a Deep Scan but goes even deeper and also provides a project plan for the implementation of the Lean Enterprise. Additional focus is put on understanding the current situation of your enterprise holistically. All relevant external elements such as markets, customers, and suppliers are also considered.

As a result of an Implementation Scan, we provide a prioritized list of action items, proposed sub-project structure, organizational guidelines and projected resources needed for implementation to allow your company to start its Lean Journey with a clear goal and timeline in mind.

During the Implementation Scan, we will provide two auditors on site for 5 – 10 days, depending on the size of your company. The results will be reviewed in a half-day management workshop at the end of the scan. An additional written Implementation Scan Report is normally provided within two weeks from the assessment.
